Phenix City and the related websites
listed on the grandreservepc.com site
map (collectively, the "Site") offer
information on apartments, corporate
apartments, apartment rentals,
franchised or operated by The Grand
Reserve at Madison and its
affiliates and affiliates of The Grand
Reserve at Madison. Access to and
use of the Site is subject to any
specific terms and conditions set forth
on the individual pages within the Site
and the terms and conditions of the User
Agreement (collectively, the "Site
Agreement"), and all applicable laws and
regulations, including laws and
regulations governing copyright and
trademark. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU
AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR
QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS IN THE SITE AGREEMENT. The
Grand Reserve at Madison reserves
the right at any time to change any of
the terms and conditions contained in
the Site Agreement or any information
contained in the Site. Any such changes
will appear on the individual pages of
the Site and/or on this screen. By using
the Site, you agree in advance to accept
any such changes.
The Grand Reserve at Madison may
make information regarding specific
programs, offers or promotions which The
Grand Reserve at Madison is
conducting available on the Site. Any
such program, offer or promotion is
subject to the specific terms,
conditions and restrictions listed on
the Site in connection with such
program, offer or promotion. The Grand
Reserve at Madison reserves the
right to alter or withdraw any program,
offer or promotion at any time. Each
program, offer and promotion is void
where prohibited by law. Please refer to
and read carefully the terms, conditions
and restrictions included on the Site in
connection with each program, offer or
promotion. The Site is available
worldwide to anyone with Internet

available in every location. A reference
to a service on the Site does not imply
that such service is or will be

copyright, trademark and other laws. Any

sell, publish, broadcast or circulate
any such material without the written
permission of The Grand Reserve at
Phenix City.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER
THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED
BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION,
RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE
LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Your use of the Site is at your own
risk. NEITHER GRANDRESERVEPC.COM OR ANY
OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS,
AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR
LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR
SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR
ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO
ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS
OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTIES ON
THE SITE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL
CLAIMS AGAINST THE GRAND RESERVE AT
PHENIX CITY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES,
DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS,
REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING
OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY
MATERIALS, OPINIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS
OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SITE.
The Grand Reserve at Madison does
not review or monitor any websites
linked to the Site and is not
responsible for the content of any such
linked websites. Your linking to such
websites is at your own risk. In
addition, you agree not to link your
website or any other third party website
to the Site without the express prior
written consent of The Grand Reserve at
Phenix City.
The Site Agreement and any disputes
arising out of or related to the Site
shall be governed by and construed and
enforced in accordance with, the laws of
the State of Alabama applicable to
contracts entered into and to be
performed entirely within the State of
Alabama.
